I believe I came out of my mother&amp;#39;s womb reading books from the Nancy Drew series!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reading the 1st comment brought back many memories. I read Encyclopedia Brown books too! I don&amp;#39;t remember coming to America or moving from the west to the east coast.  But I do remember The Cat in the Hat.  And I&amp;#39;m sure our baby girl will remember these stories as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For me, after I left the baby stage, my favorite books were Encyclopedia Brown ones.  I wonder if there&amp;#39;s a girl version of those books?  Oh, and I also liked those &amp;quot;choose your own adventure&amp;quot; books where you made choices and flipped to different pages leading to different story paths.  Man those kicked ass!
