foolproof roasted rosemary potatoes

I know it's bad manners to brag, but these potatoes are so good and so simple to make that you must give it a try. I know this will become a regular in our we seem to have an overabundant supply of rosemary thanks to our little garden.

you need:
red potatoes (cut into chunks), fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper

you will:
combine rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. coat the potatoes with the mixture. put onto a baking sheet. bake for 1 hr in a 400-degree oven. turn over potatoes as needed during baking. enjoy!

  3. I used to think that using potatoes for anything other than fries was sacrilege. But after Sugar whipped these little boppers up the other day, I now stand corrected. All I recall was a glimpse of her in the herb garden with scissors in hand and a beautiful smile on her happy face. Then a warm comfy aroma came wafting out of the kitchen and into the rest of the house. And all of a sudden, a tray of these potatoes popped up out of nowhere. I like!
