foolproof roasted rosemary potatoes
I know it's bad manners to brag, but these potatoes are so good and so simple to make that you must give it a try. I know this will become a regular in our household...as we seem to have an overabundant supply of rosemary thanks to our little garden.
red potatoes (cut into chunks), fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper
combine rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. coat the potatoes with the mixture. put onto a baking sheet. bake for 1 hr in a 400-degree oven. turn over potatoes as needed during baking. enjoy!
