The Great Dividers

Some people didn't care for the idea I had for organizing my jewelry collection. Well, how about this one for organizing office supplies? No need to shop for vintage saucer plates either. And recycling is good for the environment too. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

From HGTV.

No matter how hard you try to keep drawers from collecting junk, they seem to be the vortex of miscellany. Get control over the odds and ends by cleaning a dozen tuna cans and nestling them into a drawer. Each little compartment can store thumbtacks, rubberbands, clips or twist ties. Junk drawer no more!

I like this idea. Very clever. I want to have my own office with a desk just so I can have this organized drawer. :) Actually, come to think of it, my kitchen drawers can use some organization. I guess we will have tuna for dinner tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day.... You like?

  2. I like this idea, but I also liked the saucer idea!. ;) It's much prettier than the old fashioned jewelry box I have sitting on my dresser.

  3. I don't like this either. How many office supplies does anyone really need other than a stapler and some tape? With this setup, you'll have to go buy random office stuff just to fill up those containers. Besides, when you go to a store to buy these little things, don't they already come in their own little containers?
