The Small Details

Earlier this week I finally received my wedding DVD from my photographer. Now that I have the raw images, I can finally make prints and share online! I made these mosaics of my wedding details using this handy dandy tool. It took forever though - I think the files were too big. Ultimately, it never really worked because it couldn't finish uploading all the pictures. So Luke had to help me finish up using Photoshop. I would probably use the tool again, but shrink the file size first. It's a pretty way to display the photos without taking up too much space.

Anyhoo, I present to you the details of my wedding! My wedding colors were apple green, dark pink, burnt orange, and a dash of chocolate brown. I am proud since everything was essentially DIY and all came out nicely. I will be sharing a few of my favorite pictures of the day in the coming weeks.

From L to R - hand fan, wedding cake, DIY menu and bar menu cards, DIY table card, wedding bands, signature plate, DIY centerpiece, favor, violinist, DIY placecard, parasol, DIY program, DIY invitation

From L to R - Banana Republic ballet slippers, calla lily boutonnière, calla lily bouquet, orchid hairpiece

  1. Yeah, Joyce had a hand in everything. She single-handedly made the whole wedding a success. Plus she planned all the honeymoon trips as well. What did I do? Hmmm...good question. I'll have to think about that for a while. =D

  2. Yes, I am #1!!

But Luke provided moral support and comedy relief. He was also my assistant in everything DIY. He tied beautiful bows and stacked the invitations neatly. Couldn't have done it without him!
